Cape Shark's Policy

1. Check-in & Check-out / การเข้าพักและคืนห้องพัก

• Check-in: Starts at 2:00 PM onwards / ตั้งแต่เวลา 14:00 น. เป็นต้นไป

• Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Noon) / ไม่เกิน 12:00 น. (เที่ยงตรง)

2. House Rules & Conduct / กฎระเบียบทั่วไปและการใช้สถานที่

• No Smoking Indoors: Permitted in outdoor areas only. / ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพัก (อนุญาตเฉพาะพื้นที่ภายนอกเท่านั้น)

• Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making loud noises outside after 10:00 PM. / โปรดงดใช้เสียงดังภายนอกวิลล่าหลังเวลา 22:00 น.

• Kitchenware: Please clean and return utensils to their proper places. / โปรดทำความสะอาดเครื่องครัวและจัดเก็บเข้าที่ให้เรียบร้อยก่อนคืนห้องพัก

• Illegal Substances: Possession is strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction without refund. / ห้ามนำยาเสพติดหรือสิ่งผิดกฎหมายเข้ามา หากตรวจพบจะถูกเชิญออกทันทีโดยไม่คืนเงิน

3. Swimming Pool Safety / ความปลอดภัยบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ

• Use plastic instead of glass around pools and do not run on wet surfaces. / โปรดใช้ภาชนะพลาสติกแทนเครื่องแก้ว และงดการวิ่งบริเวณขอบสระ

• Do not jump or dive. Avoid standing on exposed outer edges. / ห้ามกระโดดน้ำ และห้ามยืนหรือนั่งบริเวณขอบสระฝั่งหน้าผา

• The villa accepts no liability for any injuries. / ทางวิลล่าจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการบาดเจ็บที่เกิดจากการใช้งานสระว่ายน้ำในทุกกรณี

4. Damages & Liability / ความเสียหายและการรับผิดชอบ

• Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage. Charges apply based on actual repair costs or market prices. / หากเกิดความเสียหาย แขกต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายตามราคาซ่อมจริงหรือราคาตลาด

· Security: Please use the in-room safety deposit box. The villa is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury. โปรดเก็บของมีค่าไว้ในตู้เซฟ หากเกิดการสูญหายหรือเสียหาย ทางวิลล่าจะไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy / เงื่อนไขการจองและการยกเลิกการเข้าพัก

• A 50% deposit of the total accommodation fee is required to confirm the booking. / ยืนยันการจอง กรุณาชำระเงินมัดจำจำนวน 50% ของค่าที่พักทั้งหมด

• In case of cancellation or date changes, guests are required to notify the villa at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. / กรณีต้องการยกเลิกการจองหรือเปลี่ยนวันเข้าพัก กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนวันเช็กอิน

• For last-minute cancellations, the deposit will be non-refundable, as the villa may lose the opportunity to accept other bookings. / หากยกเลิกการจองในระยะเวลากระชั้นชิด ทางวิลล่าขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินมัดจำ เนื่องจากทางวิลล่าเสียโอกาสในการเปิดรับการจองจากลูกค้าท่านอื่น

• Date changes are permitted only once per reservation and must be used within the same calendar year as the original booking. / การเปลี่ยนวันเข้าพักสามารถดำเนินการได้เพียง 1 ครั้ง และต้องใช้สิทธิ์ภายในปีเดียวกับปีที่ทำการจองเท่านั้น

• If the revised stay is not used within the specified period, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable under all circumstances. / หากเลยระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทางวิลล่าขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินมัดจำทุกกรณี

6.Pet Policy / นโยบายการนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก

• Notification: Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. / โปรดแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ล่วงหน้าหากท่านนำสัตว์เลี้ยงมาด้วย

• Pet-Free Villas: Villas C2, C4, and C32 are strictly pet-free. / วิลล่าหมายเลข C2, C4 และ C32 ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก

• Pet Fee: For pets over 10 kgs, a fee of 1,000 THB per pet applies. / สำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยงน้ำหนักเกิน 10 กก. มีค่าธรรมเนียม 1,000 บาท ต่อตัว

• Strict Rules: Pets are strictly prohibited from the swimming pool, beds, and sofas. / ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงลงสระว่ายน้ำ และห้ามขึ้นบนเตียงหรือโซฟาโดยเด็ดขาด

• Damage Assessment: Damages caused by pets will be assessed based on current market prices. / หากเกิดความเสียหายจากสัตว์เลี้ยง จะประเมินค่าเสียหายตามราคาสินค้าจริง ณ ปัจจุบัน
